Just one zip code to the west lies my beloved Monkton, which, in my opinion, is true Maryland Horse Country. Unfortunately, the prices of homes in that area reflect its desirability, but it never hurts to do some “window shopping,” as they say.
I love looking at farms for sale in my area, and Fox Fire Farm in Monkton takes the cake. If I had $2.8 million lying around, I could probably be persuaded to leave my lovely farmette for this 114 acre paradise. The grounds, the stable, the décor – it’s all perfection!
